Damage piece and reported within 7 working days. However, Stan - the manager was ruthless, unprofessional, rude and had a bad behavior. No courtesy and was impolite. I have been waiting for a refund of Rs 30000 for a cancelled transaction since last 3 months. They only sent an email confirmation for refund but the actual payment refund never happend. Contacted pepperfry customer care several times, only waiting to hear call being transferred from one unit to other but no action taken. Customer care kept saying that we have refunded already. Wonder how these folks can be successful with such pathetic service and arrogant attitudes. On 12th of August i placed on order for a Bed which later we realised will be delivered much later than we needed and we had ordered the wrong item (Metal when we wanted wood). So called the call center to cancel the order. "No you cant cancel" "No you will not get a refund" "No I cant escallate" " No we cant resolve this" You have to wait for delivery to cancel. Buying products from pepperfry is like burning your money. My recent purchase from pepperfry was horrible as the study table(spacewood regalo walnut finish table) I ordered was terrible. The company guarantees a 7 day return policy that it never fulfills as a bad quality product cannot be returned. Pepperfry is a fraud company. Never ever buy anything from pepperfry. i purchased copper jug and glasses vide orderno: 304121311. once i start to use this item i found black spots are forming bottom of the glasses and jug. when i contact to pepperfry customer care people told it is not possible to return this product because it was not cover under warranty.i am asking question why u r allowing such items on u r online shop. i am very sorry to say there is genuine while return the product. view more

Guys... Its worst shopping experience with Pepperfry. Their customer care is worst I have come across in recent days....
