worst store

i purchased copper jug and glasses vide orderno: 304121311. once i start to use this item i found black spots are forming bottom of the glasses and jug. when i contact to pepperfry customer care people told it is not possible to return this product because it was not cover under warranty.i am asking question why u r allowing such items on u r online shop.
i am very sorry to say there is genuine while return the product.
