Once order is place and paid, you don't have any control

Guys… Its worst shopping experience with Pepperfry. Their customer care is worst I have come across in recent days…. One side companies like Flipkart and Amazon trying to win the trust of customers in online shopping by making the policy customer friendly but Pepperfry customer policy is forcing back to its customer to traditional shop as you don’t have any control once order is placed online.
Their customer care do not respond on email and when you call them its minimum 20 mins waiting on phone and even when you get to talk to them they don’t have any clue on the order and no call back also being done after that. So you are left with Ram Bharose…

In my case ordered study tables on 1st May and delivery date was 16th to 19th May… but until today no delivery done and don’t know when this will get delivered. Raised with customer care but as explained above they have no clue on this.

Don’t think I will recommend this to anyone or will comeback myself to shop again on this estore.

Raised cancellation request and lets see what they do… otherwise will raise a consumer complain against them….

Ordering furniture from PF is a blunder and many fell into this trap.
Search DD for similar cases.
Even if they deliver you would that
1. Product different from what U expected
2. Installation delayed or high installation charges
3. product started feeding termites or developed cracks
… all this I read from threads on DD from time to time
