Hi Guys, I am wexed person who ordered products from Pepperfry.com, Their service was too worst. I have placed 3 products in single order. they have sent those three products separtely,with in that i have recived 2 when i was enquiring about the other they are saying it has been delivered but the fact is i havent recevied the product yet. Whimsical at best and callous at worst are the two prominent attitudes any hapless customer will encounter if he / she ever has the misfortune of shopping at this site. They seem to embody the Indian love for pepper but seem to have stuck with the other end i.e. "fry"ing their customer’s happiness. The site started with all pomp and show on 4th January with a promotion of pepperfry points worth Rs. 200 that gave a flat off of that much amount for new buyers registering on their website.... view more

guys I have purchased from them using my 425 pepperfry points , but highly disappointed with the services , I have ordered 2 products on 10th of this month out which 1 has not been shipped so far and the other which has been shipped via quantum contains wrong awb no. Have a chat with their cc executive sanket few days back who assured me that I will receive the ordered products in 2 -3 days but till today after 4 days their is no sign of relief. Will never buy anything again from them. view more

They are cheaters. Changing policy within hours. "Find the Mistletoe" points still not credited. Whenever I chat their CC, they say wait till evening and then in evening tell them all story again. I am not impressed and would not spend a single penny there. view more
