I had requested for all items delivery together. The same was confirmed on the call (the waiting period to reach customer care was 25minutes). Yesterday only one sofa has come. What about other item. Why is there a provision for together delivery when it can't be delivered together. I'm very unsatisfied with the delivery. There is so much stress because of this unorganized delivery. Don't buy products from pepperfry! I bought Natsuki Two Door Kitchen Cabinet with Drawer in Oak Finish by Mintwud in Oct 2015. The material is engineering wood. And since last month, the material is splitting and coming off. I have been calling pepperfry about this since month and they just keep playing you around. It's been nearly 2 months now and neither the product has been delivered, nor has the order been cancelled. It has been a horrifying experience and they never seem to care.
