<p>I bought stuff by COD and some items I returned because one the quality was not good and also size was an issue&nbsp;Myntra never refunded my money saying they can’t find any orders connected to my mobile number with the account.</p> <p>They kept asking me some documents and some personal details in endless mails so that they can issue the refund. <p>Please be careful with Myntra guys, gone are the days when we close our eyes and once trusted them so much that they have now started scamming their own customers, My Account was hacked and someone placed unauthorized order using my Wallet bal. <p>Recently I have ordered a Nike shoes from the myntra website and received a courier from myntra I'm which there was shoes but they were not same as which I have ordered from the website.Hence, I decided to return the courier which I received. <p dir="ltr">Highly Unprofessional behavior by Myntra employees. I had requested return of this product because it was not delivered on time. Still it has been 15 days but no updates from Myntra. I had order for a crocs on 30 June and I have received this product 1july. They sent me wrong product and I have compliant lots of time at customers care. They said that we have changed this product but delivery boy come to pick up order. He refused to pick the product. I suggest to every one stop online shopping from Myntra app. I have very bad experience to Myntra.

<p>I had ordered a Street 9 trouser and I got delivered a damaged product with broken zip and waist hook but to my shock Myntra Refuses to take return saying product was intact and was delivered after quality check. When I reached out to the team they have an open ticket and said it will be done by 30 June 2023 but still I didn't get the order again they mention I need to wait for more than 48 hours. Myntra showed the product as delivered and I still didn't get the product. I talked with customer care and they didn't respond to our complaint and said we are telling lie. This is the delivery person who took the product and marked as delivered. Our money gone. Not trustable app
