Don't buy anything from Myntra

Highly Unprofessional behavior by Myntra employees. I had requested return of this product because it was not delivered on time. Still it has been 15 days but no updates from Myntra. They have deliberately marked it as an failed attempt without even coming to my home for pickup. I have all the proofs with me. When we Register the complaint everyone asks for 48 hrs time but nobody provides any updates on what is the status. I have called Myntra team multiple times but nobody is taking the ownership to provide me the exact status be it the escalation supervisor Simran Sasi or Shyaam. They are reluctant to provide their names and have provided me alias name. I want to say Myntra has become very Unprofessional now a days the service is pathetic. Please don't shop from Myntra. I am an Elite insider customer but still my concerns are taken for granted.
