bad service

I ordered the product from mytra on 24 June 2023 which should be delivered by 26 June 2023. When I reached out to the team they have an open ticket and said it will be done by 30 June 2023 but still I didn't get the order again they mention I need to wait for more than 48 hours. I don't understand if the team is sleeping and when I contact the delivery person of Shadowbox he said he sent b0ack the product to the hub. But still, same no second attempt has been done.#mytra Shadowfax. And they do not have the option Kindly see how your team is working great madhvi.
