Recently I have ordered a Nike shoes from the myntra website and received a courier from myntra I'm which there was shoes but they were not same as which I have ordered from the website.Hence, I decided to return the courier which I received. The return was accepted by myntra and a delivery boy was initiated to pickup the return and he has picked my courier from the address but after waiting a while i didn't received any message regarding my return which was been picked up I called the myntra customer support team and discussed the same issue with them and they said the boy must be busy in delivery that's why your status has not been updated Please wait a while you will get your refund back but after waiting for 24 hours Also hours didn't received any update on my product I called again they said wait for 48 hours we will get back to you.After waiting so long I called them again this time they said that your account has been suspended due to some reasons and we have not collected any return from your door step.What the hell these myntra people are doing I'm not able to understand.
So guys be careful from the myntra I think now they has started these fraud things firstly they will send a different item and will collect the payment and afterwards when you will return the product they will accept the courier and later they will say we have not accepted any courier from you and further they will suspend your account so that you can't take any actions against them.

Try raising a complaint via X ( Twitter )
Also, try getting in contact with that delivery boy or reach to your nearest Myntra hub for further clarity. You can get details of the hub from any Myntra Delivery boy in your area or from another Ecom delivery boy.
Keep all emails safe, you may need to share in future when complaining in consumer court case.
Suspended accounts aren't activated back as per them. Sh**ty systems.
For the refund, you'll probably have to go legal.
What the.........I've faced issues while returning....and one product was slippers which were exactly the same and not used and the delivery boy said they look used and can't take them ....and next time it was shoes with cream color lining on the borders which looked fine in pics but when delivered they looked like used ones even though I understood it's color... I don't want to use them and the delivery boy said the same they look used so can't take them....and in a few instances they just take the return and will not update for a few days until we raise a concern....all of this is fine....but they went too far in your case....take this to Twitter...hope they'll respond
There are many threads where dimers have already warned about Myntra , Flipkart and their modus operandi. It's all matter of luck now .
Do you return too much from your Myntra account?
Whenever I had returned any items on Myntra, this suspense has been always there. Delivery guys will go to their warehouse first to mark it as picked up, I don't know why they cannt just scan or picture the returned product on the spot and verify it. But yeah so far returns have been successful
