Fraud Alert , Myntra!!

I had ordered a Street 9 trouser and I got delivered a damaged product with broken zip and waist hook but to my shock Myntra Refuses to take return saying product was intact and was delivered after quality check. The only mistake I made was to remove the tag . I NEVER EVER even wore it as once I noticed the damage the initiated return. Am NEVER ordering from Myntra again. Guys be alert. Myntra online is fraud. They pass on damaged products & refuse to accept return. I am shocked and speechless!!
