Very very Poor After sales services. Never purchase from Croma. People working are adamant & gives false comittments. Very very very poor response from them. Never belief them or their comittment at time of sell.

<p>When you buy any product, they charge extra 199 rs for next day delivery. But after 5 days the product got delivered. And after delivery of the AC now again reaching them for installation is a pain as through the customer service no. no-one picks up the call even after 30mins. So i tried reaching them continuously wasting 4-5hrs from my busy schedule. <p>Worst Worst experience, never ever buy from Croma. I have bought a Croma Inverter AC from the Croma Showroom, Patia, Bhubaneswar, came in the sweet words of the sales manager and now suffering. It was installed last month and I had already lodged complaint for 6th time. The product is having manufacturing defect but they are not attending it timely. <p>have ordered 1 LG 185 Litres 3 Star Direct Cool Single Door Refrigerator with Antibacterial Gasket (GL-D201ABCD.BBCZEB, Blue Charm voa Croma Online and supposed to be delivered on 5th feb in between 9 AM to 3PM.<br>Delivery team called me at 7.45 PM , I replied that I'm not available during the time and I informed the time slot for the delivery and requested to deliver on 6th Feb 9AM to 3PM.<br>I'm calling the Croma Toll free number and no support is being or follow up is done all the time... view more

Even after 20 days from procurement the product has not been installed. Contacting customer service does not seem to work. 
be careful before purchasing any product. Sales and service should be equally strong

I bought Croma LED tv of A grade panel last year and it's Stop working within 1.5 years only due to their faulty panels, Now they are asking to pay more than the tv amount to replace panel, worst products, local cheap products available in market can also work for 5 years atleast but their branded products Stop working as soon as warranty finished , Don't buy else they will ruin your trust, Don't waste your money
