When you buy any product, they charge extra 199 rs for next day delivery. But after 5 days the product got delivered. And after delivery of the AC now again reaching them for installation is a pain as through the customer service no. no-one picks up the call even after 30mins. So i tried reaching them continuously wasting 4-5hrs from my busy schedule. Looks like they don't answer the calls only as 2nd time someone answered after 17mins and one lady recieved the call and disconnected, again when I called the 3rd time the same trick they applied, someone received and disconnected the call.
