have ordered 1 LG 185 Litres 3 Star Direct Cool Single Door Refrigerator with Antibacterial Gasket (GL-D201ABCD.BBCZEB, Blue Charm voa Croma Online and supposed to be delivered on 5th feb in between 9 AM to 3PM.
Delivery team called me at 7.45 PM , I replied that I'm not available during the time and I informed the time slot for the delivery and requested to deliver on 6th Feb 9AM to 3PM.
I'm calling the Croma Toll free number and no support is being or follow up is done all the time they are replying whenever I'm calling, replying that checking or will update. and no update received till the moment I'm writing this mail.
About delivery, I called 12PM, 2 times and received a reply that they will deliver before 2 PM. Exact 2.52 received a missed call even though my phone wasn't aware. lafter i called 100 times, they did not respond.
I have ordered the item through Croma, not because I do not have another online option, but to get as immediately as possible, and I'm getting pathetic and very Worst service from Croma, Even no option to cancel the order in your web and app as well.
Now I would like to cancel the order since Croma failed to deliver the product even after 48 Hrs.
Seeking your immediate assistance in this regard.

Suggest you to visit croma store nearby and discuss with store manager. He/she will further discuss with warehouse and delivery team and help you.
Usually Croma's delivery service is very very good. Looks like your back luck
