Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I had ordered the medicines on 8th May through salesperson named Amin. It got delivered on next day. On 10th I requested for return of part order through him. I kept on following him for return request status because as per company policy medicines can not be returned after 30 days. I ordered a set of N95 masks, they delivered some capsules. I raised this to their support team, they initiate a pickup and then cancel it automatically sending a mail : "I would like to inform you that as per an update from our logistics partner, the reverse pick up for your order has been canceled as per your request. Pathetic services.. they do not update the customers timely ... you have to follow up yourself with the third class team of customer support because they do not have time to update customers for their orders .Please hire some good manpower .. who knows how to handle customer enquires . There is no coordination in what your customer executive says and what is delivered on mail... you make fool of people or you have hired dumb people with no training on how to take conversation ahead. My blood samples collected on 17.06.2020 at about 7 AM by their phlebotomist . Phlebotomist was not wearing mask properly as well not keeping new gloves. Till this time report not sent. NEVER UTILISE THEIR SERVICE. view more
