On 6th june i ordered 6 pack of medicated face wash from 1mg and of 12th June i received my parcel.While opening the parcel when i checked ,it had only 3 pack of facewash.As i have already made the payment online ,nothing could be done immediately .So i raised a complaint to their support team about the missing product.They told me to wait for 24-48 hours and confirmed that my issues would get resolved. had.ordered online medicine from 1mg I received only 1 bottle of heal tear eye drops and dint received 3 eyemist gel tubeand one soft drop eyedrop INSPITE of the payment made online for all .I received msgs that your order was successfully delivered this happened on 9th march. Worst lab I have ever experienced. The lab technician committed me to provide the reports in 12 hours but after following up also, I couldn’t get any satisfactory answer for my reports. Over the email they committed for 24 hours and when I talked to the customer care they said it will take 24-48 hours. I was suffering from high fever and has undergone Malaria test which hardly takes couple of hours only if I would have done from any other lab. Pathetic experience ever view more

My order was cancelled by 1mg after 15 days of order placed. Firstly its delivery was re-scheduled 2 times and finally after 15 days it was cancelled. This is the second time I faced same issue. Even after waiting for more than 2 weeks with pre-payment order I didn't get my medicines. This is one of the worst service I have ever seen. I would never recommend anyone to order medicines from 1mg as you cannot be sure whether you will get the medicines or not. view more

Delivery boy is very rude, he don have patience to deliver the product to customer eventhough I told him to wait for few minutes because I have to get down from lift(7th floor) and he's acting like owner.... He told he's waiting down when I went, he was some where else.
