Pathetic services.. they do not update the customers timely … you have to follow up yourself with the third class team of customer support because they do not have time to update customers for their orders .Please hire some good manpower .. who knows how to handle customer enquires .
There is no coordination in what your customer executive says and what is delivered on mail… you make fool of people or you have hired dumb people with no training on how to take conversation ahead.
Seriously pathetic and third class services rendered to the customers.
