First of all, I am very disappointed with the services given by 1mg. They do not understand someone's health problems and the necessity of medicines to an ill person. They could not deliver few medicines to my address on time. I ordered medicines on 25th Jan 2019, they gave an estimated date of delivery from 28th to 30th Jan 2019. Till last year, these companies were giving good service. This year they had cancelled way more confirmed orders then actual deliveries. I had a big time quarrel and asking for refunds with both of them. I gave up my money,abt 370, on netmeds but couldn't give up my refund on 1mg bcz it was about 1671. Like if you don't have the medicines then why the hell do you keep on showing 'in stock' in the app even after cancellation of my order?? What kind of cheating is this?! Buying medicine here good but these medicines not available to deliver to some pin codes, but same time other than medicines they deliver to that pin code with more shipping charge , Overall moderate experience, not so good! view more

1mg is good place to buy medicine and there is always good discount on medicine but the problem is the doctor prescription and that kills the deal . For getting a doctor prescription you will have to give 200 rupees and this will waste if you already know the medicine which you are taking on some normal disease . I never understand why doctor prescription is important in online when i get the medicine at store view more
