Worst delivery

I had requested for all items delivery together. The same was confirmed on the call (the waiting period to reach customer care was 25minutes).
Yesterday only one sofa has come. What about other item. Why is there a provision for together delivery when it can’t be delivered together. I’m very unsatisfied with the delivery. There is so much stress because of this unorganized delivery. Can’t even reach to anyone on phone. Dint expect this from pepperfry.
