I had ordered a t-shirt for my dad on his birthday and instead of being a large size it was a medium so I asked for a replacement. All coupon and bullshit is fine but the trick is that the coupon they provide for replacement is worth on 15 rs above its value meaning that I am not able to get the same t -shirt of a larger size from the coupon and am forced to buy something else for the money. Guys don't do any transaction on pepperfry.com. They are still in beta product since launching (I dont know launching date of them) and they are starting to test they are online cheating store with the customer. h1. The shipping time is just to fool you I have ordered 5 times from pepper fry. Out of 5 times 2 time the order was one or two days in time. Out of the three order two got cancelled as they did not have the product or the product did not pass 'quality' check. if you want to talk to their senior you have to wait 24/48 hrs to get a call back. overall a word of caution to everyone. please do not worry about the time of delivery. Pepperfry.com is the worst online shopping experience. The prices are attractive but they don't have infrastructure to delivery the orders. The customer help line personnel are polite but too ill informed to be of any use. view more
