This is been a Worst experience for me ordering through Pepperfry. I have ordered a Tupperware lunch box. Surprisingly I didn't got the lids of the tiffin box.. I am unable to understand the what to do with tiffin box without lids them. I contacted Customer Care. They have given options as 1. I have a new account on pepperfry.com and ordered using their welcome coupon in mail id. I used that coupon and ordered product . First, the product delivery time was 8 days . i wait till date and after that i Enquired about the shipment. They told me your product will be delivered in stipulated time. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying from PepperFry.com. Last month I ordered one sanjeev kapoor tandoor from the site's home and kitchen section however the item is yet to arrive. While ordering in the site it was clearly mentioned the item could be delivered to my address tentatively by 27th February 2013 however now all they are doing is taking extraaa time for resolution every 48 hours one email asking for 48 hours more. Never ever buy from pepperfry because of the following reasons : 1) worst customer service 2) worst vendor management - they can declare any item out of stock 3) Worst refund policy - each day you call them they keep initiating the refunds for you 4) the business days do not include sat & sun and all public holidays 6) your money will be locked forever & ever if they declare cancellation after making you wait for 15-20 days.
