Never ever buy from pepperfry because of the following reasons :
1) worst customer service
2) worst vendor management – they can declare any item out of stock
3) Worst refund policy – each day you call them they keep initiating the refunds for you
4) the business days do not include sat & sun and all public holidays
6) your money will be locked forever & ever if they declare cancellation after making you wait for 15-20 days. Worst you will not be able to buy the same item until u get the cancellations from them
