THE BIG CHEATER PEPPERFRY

I ordered the mixer grinder (order # 100230903) on 16 august 2012 on pepperfry.com. After waiting for 5 days, when I could not get any update from pepperfry , I called customer care ,they replied that they need 7 working days without counting the order day and excluding Saturday and Sunday ,so wait till 27 august (please see their attitude ).I wait till 27 august ,but no response .Then desperately I called the customer care again as well as I chat on website. After checking they both said that pepperfry will ship the item now on 28 august.
Because I am very familiar with online shopping I think its ok ,they will dispatch the item. But whole day waiting I did not get any response on my mobile or email. Suddenly at night 10:25 AM I got email on cancelling the order due to out of stock the product. Now first thing I want to ask everybody that after 12 days of ordering product and after asking 3 times for my product suddenly pepperfry found that product is out of stock , how funny and how much fraud.
And the second thing if any online site has fault like out of stock the product where there is no fault from customer side ,they return your money with a big sorry .but see what pepperfry done -——-instead of making sorry and returning my money they sent me coupon code of my own money with the condition that the coupon must be used within 15 day otherwise the coupon will be expire and COUPON can be used only for the product of value more than the coupon value.

Depressed so much for not getting my product and about to going lose my money I call the customer care again and realizing that prpperfry want to grasp my money .I request them to return my money and I asked that I don’t want any coupons, I don’t want to purchase any product ,I don’t believe this site www.pepperf...om theme ,the customer care guy said that it is their policy not to return money but convert the money into coupons.
It means that pepperfry forced me to give them more money to trap then eventually grasp the money . The one thing I observe that after ordering or after shipping the product pepperfry always sent the sms as well as email but after cancelling the product they only sent email not the sms .why ? Because if you are not so aware for email then easily you miss the information and lose your money because according to pepperfry the coupon of your own money will expire in 15 days.
Now I had understood that I trapped in pepperfry but patiently decided to extract something for my money. I decided not to trap more money with pepperfry but in any way take some unwanted product for my valuable money. Then I ordered again some unwanted product on pepperfry using the sent coupon only with some extra money (that is called the policy of pepperfry) on 29 august (ORDER # 100249306). Now fortunately I got the product on September 8, 2012, (again after 11 days ). The product are 2 worst bed sheets ,these product are so undervalued for my money that I cant explain. But thank god at least I got something. The bed sheets are too bad that it is not worth more than Rs. 400.but I waste my hard earned money Rs 824 in total .
After dealing with pepperfry now I became so scared about online shooping that I became fearful for other online websites. I done the crime to deal with pepperfry and for paying my money, now I promise myself not see this worst and fraud website again in my life.
