I ordered Dell original battery on 4/5/16 order no. 13111128285. Today on 7/05/16 I got the product and guess what it is fake battery. I can’t believe snap deal is engage in such activity, they never call me back when I ask for refund only got mail. Moreover snap deal dint publish my review on their site. On 18th April 2016, my debit card was fraudulently used by someone to make a online purchase of Rs.19,500/- on Snapdeal. I had ordered Sony 40 inch LED TV and instead I received and old and duplicate TV inside SONY Box. I contacted their customer care but they don't seem to listen to anything. I told them as soon as I received and opened the item but they don't believe it and blame it on customer only. Their customer support is pathetic and they don't tell you what were their findings. Book symphony air cooler 12 liter and get delivered within 3 days. Order ID: 12676017658 I never seen the product (12 liter symphony cooler) physically. I thought the size of the cooler is enough for 3 family member. But when I receive the product, I realize that 12 liter cooler is not enough for us.
