fake product on snapdeal

I ordered Dell original battery on 4/5/16 order no. 13111128285. Today on 7/05/16 I got the product and guess what it is fake battery. I can’t believe snap deal is engage in such activity, they never call me back when I ask for refund only got mail. Moreover snap deal dint publish my review on their site. Beware guys when buying accessories from online, I would suggest to buy it from manufacture.
I am going to raise issue to consumer forum and complain to manufacture with proof I got.
