I went on to buy due to low price offer. All their support staff is good at is assurance. Snapdeal by itself dnt care abt product quality. They send you defective products and ask you to get it replaced or repaired by Samsung. When you get pissed they say if you don't like the solution from Samsung we will help you. After you request Samsung to give you the job report and hand it over to snapdeal, they don't have time to check it for 3 days when the complaint has been marked Priority by the supervisors. Dear All, request you all to please don't purchase any thing from Snap deal. I have purchased Fossil watch value Rs.7900/- aprox from Snap deal on 24th Jan 2016 and it was delivered on 27h Jan 2015. when i opened the package i found the product i was packed in old container full of scratches and rust of any other product which was as good as scrap purchased from scrap vendor and box was labelled of any service center. As my rating suggests Snapdeal is very bad in every aspect. You can not trust legitimacy of a product purchased from Snapdeal. Their policies and customer service are a pain. Try to avoid them whenever you can. view more

My order was Out for delivery but Clapdeal without intimating have cancelled Order on its Own. I would never recommened this Cheater to anyone. Better to stay away,then to place order & suffer view more

I wouldnt pay this site a single penny as long as amir khan is the brand ambassador ...it would be great if he would leave India and start this snapdeal stuff in a more tolerent country i.e. pakistan , syria , iraq , afghanistan etc.. i wouldnt recommend shopping from snapdeal even to the slighest view more
