Ordered Sony TV, got Duplicate TV and Snapdeal not ready to refund

I had ordered Sony 40 inch LED TV and instead I received and old and duplicate TV inside SONY Box. I contacted their customer care but they don’t seem to listen to anything. I told them as soon as I received and opened the item but they don’t believe it and blame it on customer only.
Their customer support is pathetic and they don’t tell you what were their findings. They are not taking responsibility and I am out 47K rs and feeling helpless and cheated.
I request everyone not to buy from snapdeal. You chances of getting cheated increase with every order you place!

Bahut tweet kiye maine. But they are not ready to accept their fault. Keep on blaming me only saying they did not find anything in their internal checks.

I have been contacted numerous times by your executives and they tell same thing that they sent correct product.
But my problem is that I received wrong product. It is your responsibility to ensure that whatever you have sent is delivered. I contacted courier guys and they did not find any problem from their side. So, who will take responsibility for it. You cannot wash off your hands simply
