Pepperfry let me down

Hello people,
I placed an order for a wooden cabinet.

They did not ship in 18 working days. As there were many holidays I exercised patience and called them on 28th. They sent me a mail on 12th November saying that

We’d like to inform you that the following items from your order on Pepperfry.com have been shipped.

Your Shipment for the below mentioned products has been dispatched via *Gati You can track the shipment with AWB No. 177719014 *
I kept trying on Gati and got invalid number from their website. I called pepperfry to inquire and they blamed Gati for not updating the site due to the Diwali holiday. I chated with Neha from Gati on 15th November, and she asked me to get the scanned copy of the docket copy of Gati from Pepperfry and forward it to [email protected] receiver’s number and address. I sent this copy pasted chat transcription to these email addresses [email protected] and [email protected] yesterday and I still have not got any reply from them. I have written 7 mails so far and have not received any correct information. I have called them and chated with them everyday, but all for nothing. I think their chat and call centers are outsourced and we will not get anyone who really knows anything.
I think, they have sent me a false email stating that they have sent my shipment through Gati as they had far exceeded their shipping time.

Asha : Do u think I have no other work other than sitting everyday in front of your chat window waiting for someone to respond. I am copy pasting all your responses and I am going to put it up in every review sites available. Not only that, I am going to write a long blog too about inefficiency and dishonesty practiced by your store. How many days since you have said that it has been shipped and I still cannot track it and all my mails have gone unanswered.

As you can see, she abruptly cut the chat line. Fake names. All are Kevin, Lara and Samanthas. What is wrong with Indian names? Are we some westerners they try to fool?
I have bought so many things from them and I still get very good offers but I am not going to order anything until I get my cabinet and even then I will be cautious in future.
