I ordered a product (RC HELICOPTER) on 20/05/15 from paytm and it was delivered to me on 31/05/2015 that too after so many complaints about their delivery service. When I recieved the product I was shocked because it was clearly not the one I ordered. Different color, different size, different model. Also it's charger was not working. False and fraud, cheating and manipulation is the motive of paytm. They are deducting money from bank A/C , upon failure of transaction deposited it into wallet and after 5 min withdrawn from the wallet and grab the money. It has been happened 3 thimes in a row that the amount gets cut from the account and did not get the service it was paid for on Paytm. Though since one year i have stopped using paytm and also suggesting other not to use it. Paytm Sucks!!!! If you are a retired person and have nothing to worry and can wait for months to receive your order, paytm is the right place for you :) Do not fall for the cash back offers, better buy from a reputed online portal in normal pricing. More the cashback more trouble in getting your order. if its 50% then more chances that your order will be cancelled after 5 days. Two months back I purchased Baby Dress from Paytm. However, the size of the dress is large and I want to send it back to them. Raised return request in their website after many number of emails(almost 6 emails for reminding) Paytm Customer to arrange the reverse pickup, they finally arranged reverse pickup from their Courier Partner Ecomm Express. I ordered a product 30 days back, they shipped it just now and even after shipping they have still not provided my cash back. I have written to them and I got a standard reply that we will respond back within 72 hours. They bloody hold your cash and earn interest on it probably. Also please note that they are "Semi Closed" wallet providers, meaning you will lose all your money if you dont use it within 6 months !! I will probably not recommend this website. view more
