I have ordered 6-7 products from paytm. Product never get delivered on time. they takes 15-20 days to deliver the product. In 3 cases they cancelled my order & after 5-6 days returned my money in the wallet. Its a totally pathetic service from PayTM. I have waisted so much time in placing the order during the false 50% cash back promise. Now that the order is placed they are saying they can not deliver it and cancelled my ofder. Now I am left with Rs 5000 in my payTM wallet. I can not take it out. Apart from recharge i do not recommend buying anything fro them. They provided all the fake information including fake dispatch date, fake delivery date at last fake tracking id for blue dart. They say they have 24*7 support but it is of no use no proper support from support. Whenever i requested my information It feels like I am talking to machine no relevant answers provided to any of my purchase. Paytm is offering fantastic discounts on a lot of products, my favorites being books. When it comes to book, I compare between Amazon.in and Paytm and make a decision Flipkart on the other hand is charging ridiculous amounts for shipping and a lot of books are not with "ws retail" seller, so Flipkart first is useless With Paytm, although some sellers have shipping charges ranging from 25 to 50 INR, most often one or other seller ships freely at nominal charge of 1 INR What more wi... view more
