<p>Hi everybody ,please Don't use paytm .why iam saying this because a big scam is happened to me ..on 26th of May I have ordered dryfruits in one website.My amount got Debited through paytm but after some time the page was unavailable.Nextday on 27th one of the paytm customer care Fraud called me and said we will Refund your money 587rs but its not true after half an hour I got a msg that 44000 rs Debited from my account immediately I have called the fraud it's not reachable.till iam trying ... view more

I have full kyc account fully verified and today they stopped 4 incoming payments of 5000 each for no reason, without any message or information . After trying to complain, no mail ids are provided in any site for complaint. Useless unprofessional and ilitriate. Staff just fooling to their customer in all possible ways. All customer service agents making fool to customer after chasing them by mail and phone I gived up that I get my money back don't use paytm wallet view more

I ordered one dress from Paytm 10 days back. But still not got the delivery. I contacted logistic co express bees which had picked my parcel but they said they are not able to deliver due to Lockdown. But my question is why is Paytm even accepting orders if they are not able to deliver during Lockdown...they was no such notification about delayed delivery. Very poor customer care service. Cheated by paytm. I will highly recommend not to use the app as the technology is poorly handled and is full of errors. I had a scary experience where the app booked the wrong tickets and the customer care even after confirming the error refused to refund or help in the regard. view more
