Hi, I made a order from PAYTM (ORDER NO. 1096097604) on 16th july, i waited for almost a month in a hope that i will receive the product, even i keep on tracking the safexpress courier on daily basis waybill: 43820325, and one day i receive the mail from paytm that item is delivered, i crosschecked the same with courier they said the package is lost, but paytm is not listening to me, they are claiming that product is delivered without showing any proof to me, now i need help from you to g... view more

One week back I had ordered Blackberry Z10 mobile on Paytm store, after payment they had reviled estimated shipment date and it is Five days from date of order, even they failed to dispatch my product on given date, coming to customer support it was worst then forst customer support I had ever experienced, So guys please never ever go to paytm, this is the worst service provider view more

Paytm sent me hair oil instead of Mobile phone: ORDER NO. 1140256137 has been delivered to me this afternoon via EMS speedpost AWB # EQ196328504IN, however, I’m shocked to find Dabur hair oil inside instead of the ordered Nokia 105 (Red) Mobile phone. There was receipt inside for the Nokia 105 with IMEI no. but not the mobile phone. I assume this has been deliberately done to defraud me and I’m very much displeased with this act. Please avoid using Paytm, I am following with them for last 2-3 weeks, no body bothered to give a call. We cannot talk to any one. Its a Fraud website with no contact numbers. I am having a very bad experience with PayTM. First for most of the products ordered, they deliver after 15 days or so. If you want to return any product if it is duplicate or sub standard quality, it is next to impossible. We can not do it online now. When we call they ask to send the images, after sending the image no action taken by them, again call them and this goes on like never ending Loop. view more
