I bought an item through Myntra on 29th Nov and the scheduled delivery was 6th Dec, I got a notification that my delivery has been delayed without any proper justification . I followed up with Myntra until 8th Dec and they said they can not deliver my product and they are investigating. They cheated me with an empty box. When i called up the customer care, they said their package passed the QC check successfully. When i escalated it, they said that my claim is rejected as the package reached me in good condition. I agree that the package reached me in good condition but it was an empty carton box!!! MYNTRA 'S NEW SCAM TO NOT REFUND. Myntra started a new scam, not to refund by rejecting ur return. When u ask for a return and refund, the so called quality check pick person will reject your return and not explain why he did and asks to contact customer care. Customer care will raise a ticket, and after 3 days they just close it saying cannot refund. If u ask them why...the customer care rep doesn't have an answer and just blatantly denies to help you. The customer service of Myntra is pathetic. They never solve the Issue as they are puppet and always say it is as per Company Policy. I ordered 6 items . Myntra delivered 4 items and it has taken whole amount from i.e total for 6 items and now they cancelled my order for 2 items saying it is lost . What about my refund which I already paid? There is no proper option to contact them . Every time they redirect to FAQ page which is not enough . Really disappointed . view more

The product i ordered didn't match the photo. Photos seems very much photoshopped.In reality it looks nothing like the photo. The quality looked inferior with respect to the price.
