I paid for an empty box

They cheated me with an empty box. When i called up the customer care, they said their package passed the QC check successfully. When i escalated it, they said that my claim is rejected as the package reached me in good condition. I agree that the package reached me in good condition but it was an empty carton box!!! I put a complaint to the Consumer Helpline. They did an investigation only with the company. They have trusted what the company has told and my claim is again rejected! My money is gone!!! Why should i file a claim and waste my time and money behind it if I’m lying???
