PATHETIC SERVICES!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM !!! BIGGEST FRAUDS

I bought an item through Myntra on 29th Nov and the scheduled delivery was 6th Dec, I got a notification that my delivery has been delayed without any proper justification . I followed up with Myntra until 8th Dec and they said they can not deliver my product and they are investigating. They did not even have a clue as to what happened to the product and when can they resolve it. When I asked to speak to the supervisor they hung up on me and did not even call back. I called them again and spoke to Rep Vishwajeet and asked him to arrange a call back he said he will do it and will drop me an email stating the same . That never happened. I never received a call back and to my surprise they cancelled my product without my Consent because they had some issue. THE ISSUE IS STILL NOT IDENTIFIED! PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE BIGGEST FRAUDS AND CHEAPSTERS THESE PEOPLE ARE!!!

Then I Spoke with Aliya their so called Supervisor and she was even more incompetent . And she can not do anything and will give RS 100 as inconvenience!! PATHETIC SERVICES !!!
