Pathetics service by myntra. Very much disappointing

The customer service of Myntra is pathetic. They never solve the Issue as they are puppet and always say it is as per Company Policy. Kindly exchange my product :Men Charcoal Black Regular Fit Solid Chinos. this the 20th time i am saying it, i called myntra multiple times but no solution provided. i want this product to be exchange but myntra is force me to get the refund no solution was served since 20.12.20.
