Some of the stuff got broken in transport and I did not noticed first .After 1 days i got to know that few things are damaged ,when I contact customer support , they talked very politely and apologies for the mistake . Now, a lot of time has passed since i first used bigbasket and i must say it would be the only online destination i would suggest to my family members and friends, these guys are just crazy about customer satisfaction.
