Good experience with customer support

I am writing this review after my last order with the big Basket . I order few House hold things .
Some of the stuff got broken in transport and I did not noticed first .After 1 days i got to know that few things are damaged ,when I contact customer support , they talked very politely and apologies for the mistake . They Instant refunded the money , that was a quite a surprise for me .So Customer support are frankly very best .

Other than this there are always good offer running on the bigbasket every month,Mostly i use payzapp .
