Pathetic experience ever

Worst lab I have ever experienced. The lab technician committed me to provide the reports in 12 hours but after following up also, I couldn’t get any satisfactory answer for my reports. Over the email they committed for 24 hours and when I talked to the customer care they said it will take 24-48 hours. I was suffering from high fever and has undergone Malaria test which hardly takes couple of hours only if I would have done from any other lab. Pathetic experience ever
