I ordered footwear of size 8 from Tata Cliq. I was charged Rs 49 as shipping charges. I was delivered size 10, 2 sizes above what I ordered. So, I called their useless customer care and asked for a return. They said if I wanted the product I will have to re order and when I checked the price it was increased by the same seller by Rs. 500. TataCLiQ has the most regressive return policy. On their website they claim 'Easy Returns' but once purchased they will come up with numerous excuses to not honor the promise. Not surprising give that this company has the cheater Tata heritage. Cheater Tatas survived 'hindu rate of growth' years by bribing government officials to tweak policies in their favour, and their mindset has not changed even in this new economy. Plz dont buy anything from this company. Its big fraud company in india. I ordered camera (ordered id 101200683) of rs 52723/- but i have received different product. I raised a complaint but complaint was closed because company say he delivered right product me. Its cheated me so i'll going to consumer forum to lodged a case against company. I ordered a phone and did not received even after 10 days. When i called customer care they told my order is under shipping process. I again called after 3 days then they told me that my order has been canceled, and the my money which i have paid in advance will be refunded after 5-6 days of more delay. What is this some kind of joke!!!!!!!! So pls do not use this app they make fake promises. view more
