USELESS ECOMMERCE SITE- CHEATERS- BEWARE

I ordered footwear of size 8 from Tata Cliq. I was charged Rs 49 as shipping charges. I was delivered size 10, 2 sizes above what I ordered. So, I called their useless customer care and asked for a return. They said if I wanted the product I will have to re order and when I checked the price it was increased by the same seller by Rs. 500. Even then I went ahead and ordered the footwear 2nd time by paying Rs 500 extra for footwear cost and Rs 50 again as delivery charges. Mind you- mistake was not at all mine. Unbelievable it is I again received Size 10. When I called their customer care, the lady says if you order UK size 8, you will receive US siz 10. It is written in the size chart. I am appalled at the response. And when I ordered the same footwear from Flipkart, the cost was Rs. 100 lesser and "FREE SHIPPING " too. I paid shipping charges twice to Tata Cliq and upon complaint they are absolutely care less in answering. USELESS CUSTOMER CARE, USELESS E COMMERCE SITE.
