Fake promise

I ordered a phone and did not received even after 10 days. When i called customer care they told my order is under shipping process. I again called after 3 days then they told me that my order has been canceled, and the my money which i have paid in advance will be refunded after 5-6 days of more delay. What is this some kind of joke!!!!!!!! So pls do not use this app they make fake promises.
