<p>ShoppersStop provides the flexibility to return branded products like watches. Then when returned they take it back but do not provide any refund . I ordered a MK watch and returned as the dial was small. They took it back but informed that it has not passed the quality check as they considered it to be a different product. Never buy from their online shop they will cheat you and this is thow they are earning to loot people. Once they sent wrong colour than its more than one month they are not giving my money though I returned the item.

My order ID 344682587 and The other id 341605680   with this I asked them for exchange but even after one month they are saying it's in quality check.

They will not refund your money; and just hang up on you when you call them to ask them about it.

Do not buy anything from them because they will not refund your money if you do return the product

<p>Ordered a Sandal which arrived on time but the packing was really awful and they sent size 34 instead of 36...even after one day there was no option of return or exchange....called customer care and they very reluctantly agreed to return....though they tried their best to exchange to the available size 37...why would you take 37 if you need 36....anyways return was initiated with a promise of refund in one week. my friend also purchased Their online shopping experience is horrible. You have to make ten calls for the amount to be refunded. And each time you get a waiting of ten to twenty five minutes to talk to the customer care. Please DO NOT BUY. They are practically completely useless and shameless. They need to learn from Amazon and Flipkart. I uninstalled their app after going through this truly pathetic and blood sucking experience. view more
