I don't know what these people are upto as I think no one is bothered in this Company or might they have got enough. It was OK previously but since last few months I am unable to do anything on this Phonepe App as it hangs within 1 min after opening. Seriously, useless.

I charged the phone value via this service. It did not charge and deducted the money from the account. It kept my request undrr processing. Upon complain they said to hold for 2 days. How can anynody wait so long for the chage activation... this is a horrible process of servicing a customer. I dont have any choice now but to wait for 2 days... it sucks. They are another cheating platform in india, they have cheated public funds earlier also cheated with me. Its been more than 10days that i have made my credit card bill payment using their platform but still they transfer that money to my biller. Whenever i enquire them they saying that due to biller side problem they unable to pay the amount to biller on the other side when i ask them to refund me then they say that they dont have provision to refund the amount.. I am using Phonepe from long have earned much cashback , but somewhat having issues at offline stores , so transactions getting failed & you have to wait for refund & pay cash to store ! So before transacting at offline store ask them whether Phonepe is working or not , if answer is not working then visit another day otherwise your transaction gets failed & you have to wait for refund - so refund will get credited in 7 days !
