PHONEPE IS THE BEST IN CASHBACK !

I am using Phonepe from long have earned much cashback , but somewhat having issues at offline stores , so transactions getting failed & you have to wait for refund & pay cash to store !

So before transacting at offline store ask them whether Phonepe is working or not , if answer is not working then visit another day otherwise your transaction gets failed & you have to wait for refund – so refund will get credited in 7 days !

For Cashback related queries , check whether your transaction cashback offer is applied or not , if applied then go forward otherwise you won’t get CASHBACK !

If you have any issues then open a ticket by selecting relevant options in Phonepe app transaction , so you will get reply in 24 hours and also you get a resolution

So my personal Experience is average because many times haven’t received cashback , after contacted care then also no cashback , so always check your offer for the transaction is applied with “GREEN STRIP” or not , if applied you will get cashback otherwise no cashback

Always Link your Bank account & verify your device at Payment Methods -→ Bank Accounts Option for your convenience of loading money into wallet

Don’t forget to do KYC , presently minimum KYC available , Full KYC not available presently , only for Full KYC wallets you can transfer your wallet money not cashback to your Bank Account

Also no charges for Money Transfer to any user or Bank Account and additionally you will receive Scratch Card for every Different Phonepe user you transfer Money
