1.1@Paytm So I booked a ticket from paytm on 21st dec. night. I didnt catch the bus bcoz bus operator (no. 8003030087) was switched off. when i reached boarding point. When I paid for my Dominos pizza while flashing of 200/- Cashback I pay to Dominos, despite had pizza cash back by paying to Amazon.i had paid for Dominos last week via Paytm ( amount 518/-), Paytm mobile *removed* But both Dominos and Paytm cheated me while I paid for Dominos via Paytm..order of 518/ screen attached. Its been more than a month , but haven't received the intended refund. I have tried calling the customer service department several times but none of them worked. Very much disappointed with the service. None of the provided email ID's will work. Very Disappointed view more

Paytm was total third class ecommorce company in India , they are totally fraud ,casue they have not refund my amount along with since 3 month & also I followup many times but they every time diff diff excuses i request to everyone customer don't buy any product on paytm , otherwise you lost ur time money as well as ur product. Paytm is a fraud e wallet and fraud payment gateway. 1. I have done recharge recently, amount debited from my wallet but recharge not done. 2. I was suppose to get total 1200 cashback for two transaction but did not get 3. I have submitted KYC already, but still it's asking for KYC required 4. No one picks call when you try contacting customer care 5. No one address query if you create a ticket or send mail to paytm customer care Hence I stopped using this Paytm application anymore.
