Paytm fraud app

Worst app I order an item and item value was 850 rs. item delivered at my doorstep and i opened the box and i saw that i have received half amount of my product same time i make call to costumer care he told me that i have processed your return request and your money will refund into your account and disconnect the call after that courier boy take the item what he delivered to me till that i have registered many complaint and called costumer care many time they did not answer the call even i have waited more than one hour and they close the case without information till that i have not received my money i would like inform you that not to buy anything from paytm
