Payment gateway does not work smoothly. Staff is lack lustred. Seems more like Top Management is in hibernation mode. Most of its deals are not properly audited. They are 100% fraud. Never by any Thing from Them. summary: You buy some thing assuming that you have paid to buy something. But actually you just paid them to try. I had taken a deal from NearBuy.com to have meals at Sheetal arch restaurant in Pune. On my mother's birthday when I went there with my famy they told me that those vouchers are not valid on Saturdays although nothing oh this sort was mentioned there in the voucher. Don't make any order through them, I had made the payment to Groupon for a service which I didn't received. So they sent me a mail stating the amount is credited in your Groupon account. Today when I tried to use that credit its shows me 0 balance. And when i tried to contact customer care they say we don't know who you are your email id is not is our system. They are doing fraud. I have used the app twice for the booking and everytime it was successfull. Both the deals for water kingdom where 35% discount was provided and it was fun. I am very happy with the products they have incl foods and travel sectors. Good job by nearbuy. view more
