Not a well managed deal and No co-ordination with merchants

Payment gateway does not work smoothly. Staff is lack lustred. Seems more like Top Management is in hibernation mode. Most of its deals are not properly audited. Many of my friends had to face huge embarrassment when they went for massage service. Most processes are a copy of Groupon US and no effort is being made to localise them. with too many deals – its impossible to surf the site on mobile. If you one wrong button – you again have to begin from scratch. No effort is also made on evolving business model based on local business environment. Thankfully , the variety and quality of deals has improvised over time and that is on expected lines considering it is GroupON. It has huge potential , done many things right , I think it simply is draining money in hope of better future prospect which is surely not going to happen with the way it is operating currently.
