For 3 days continuously i am getting the message for out of pickup but nobody came for pickup and nobody has called me after 3 days the pickup has cancelled without checking the product with reason quality not passed.agin i have created the return and raised the complaint this is happened again. I ordered boys casual shoes with YK label and got shoes with Nilo label. When I wanted to return due to size/ fit issue, delivery agent refused to pick up because label as per online product is different to what is delivered. Is it my fault? Shoes are the same - why did you guys deliver shoes of another manufacturer. Walk the talk guys!!! Just felt cheated. Never going to order from Myntra again.

This is a fraudulent e-commerce company and they find ways to defraud their customers who become their victim.  I have become a victim of this fraud, and to this day I have neither gotten my money nor the order I placed.

<p>I asked for a small size. They delivered a medium size.My father was going to bring this dress with him to Canada for me. I ordered Iron from myntra, they delivered a USED N OLD Iron. I immediately ordered for a replacement. Next day the delivery guy turned up, and seing the Iron, REJECTED IT because of its POOR QUALITY and Used. He told me to “contact the customer care” But the customer care people say that we have given it to you after checking the quality. They are not ready to listen to anything.

<p>Had a very bad experience. Still struggling to return the product as they delivered a wrong product and now they are saying we can't take it back. Another product received without any type of tag ( price and company tag) and size is small, so want to return it but again problem is they say they don't accept return without tag. I'm not happy with Myntra delivery partner. Who is doing delivery the guy calling from another place then he said collect my order from there( The guy said he is very busy then he can't come my address) 

Atleast please put the delivery people will be able to talk English or Hindi.

Our communication will be difficult then my order also cancelled.

Flipkart and Amazon better for you guys.
