Worst online shopping platform is mytra

Had a very bad experience. Still struggling to return the product as they delivered a wrong product and now they are saying we can't take it back. Another product received without any type of tag ( price and company tag) and size is small, so want to return it but again problem is they say they don't accept return without tag. In both the cases I am not at fault but i am suffering , my money is wasted. They don't have any option  to write any Review about any product on their app. Their customer service staff give you assurance but end of the day they are unable to resolve your issue. Purchase from myntra at your own risk.
